Searching on Prime Singles is simple enough, ranging from a quick search by age to something more complex involving location or hair colour or occupation or whatever. Searches result in lists showing a picture, the basic details (age, location) and a quote from that member’s bio essay.

When you click on a member their entire profile comes up and gives you a host of options. It’ll ask you if you think he or she would "click" with you… with the options being "yes", "no" or "maybe" (for you procrastinators or cynics). For those members with multiple pictures a little gallery pops up, which works great and has some of the biggest pictures of any online dating site.

You can "smile" at a member that piques your fancy, which shows general interest but doesn’t allow you to say much more than that. If you want to actually initiate conversation with someone on Prime Singles (like all dating sites) you’ll have to get a paid membership. In this case the rates are quite cheap: $19.99 for one month, $49.99 for three months, or $79.99 for six months. This "Premium Membership" gives you the ability to read and write email, use the site’s instant messenger program, and use the site’s fairly popular message boards.

This is a pretty good deal, especially for seniors. And the word "senior" is pretty broad here… Prime Singles is simply a very useful dating site for anyone over, say, fifty. If you’re not sure, just sign up for a free membership and do a search for people your age in your area.
